Refunds & Guarantee

The Red Team Guarantee

Our promise is simple: if you purchase the 30-Day Red Team RISK Report and we do not identify at least three high-value risks worth addressing, you don’t pay.

If this standard isn’t met, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment for that service.

Refund Eligibility

• 30-Day Red Team RISK Report: Covered by the Red Team Guarantee described above.

• Micro-RISK Scan: This is a lower-cost diagnostic and is non-refundable once delivered.

• Workshops, Playbooks, and Build-Out Engagements: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been delivered.

• Advisory Program (Monthly Retainer): Clients may cancel at any time; unused full months that are prepaid will be refunded.

Process for Requesting a Refund

1. Email info@premortemlabs.net with your name, company, and service purchased.

2. Provide the reason for your refund request (e.g., Guarantee trigger or cancellation).

3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Limitations

• Refunds apply only to the original service purchased and do not cover incidental expenses (e.g., travel, third-party costs).

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during engagements. The Guarantee does not apply if material facts are withheld.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or bad faith claims.
